Oscar Maura (オスカー・モラー Osukā Morā) is a student of Class A in HPEBS and a participant of Killing Student Exchange in Danganronpa: Hope Noir.
Oscar is an incredibly talented artist and performer, seemingly naturally gifted, some say that even the surgeons who took his birth were charmed with his charisma. Many awards for roles in movies he played in convinced Hope's Peak Academy Steering Committee to invite him to HPEBS as the Ultimate Actor.
History
Early Life
Oscar was born as the only child of a poor couple in Spain. His father dissappeared without a word when little Maura was five and for the next seven years he struggled with work, school and attempts at acting, while his mom was getting more lonely, sad and keen for alcohol with every year (but she never touched her son in any way, he was her shine of hope in a sad world).
When he was twelve, his mother met someone new and after a year of relationship they got married. Miss Maura was happy as ever, optimistic again and she even abandoned alcohol, and Oscar genuinely loved his stepfather, whom he considered a great person. He had a new, wonderful family and better life, all that thanks to his mom's new lover.
This gave Oscar a new look on the world - he genuinely believed love is a wonderful thing, that can defeat even the greatest despair. Not just romantic love - everything that makes one's heart positively thrill just on the thought. He decided to focus his life around things he loves, that being acting and cooking, as well as looking for a romantic love of his life and caring of his love towards himself... even to the point of a slight narcissism.

Appearance
Oscar is a boy of a medium height and slim built. He has naturally tan skin, due to living in the southern parts of Spain, black hair (and stylised moustache) shaped in a pompadour with a portion of hairgel. Even inside the school he keeps wearing his sunglasses, because he claims his eyes are small and looks weird without covering them up.
Oscar wears a white button short (with a few parts unbuttoned) and brown cords, held up with a belt decorated with a huge buckle with letters "OM", standing for Oscar Maura. His shoes are black, his coat is golden and the necklace he wears is a black eye with a blue iris.
